Family-Run, Cairns-Based

We started NQ Forklifts in Bungalow back in 2015, built by Mick and Alicia Arcidiacono around a simple idea: forklift support that's personal, not corporate. More than a decade on, we're still family-run, with a team of seven covering sales, hire, servicing, spare parts, all terrain equipment and attachments for businesses across Cairns and the surrounding region. Mick leads the business as owner and director, and still gets hands-on as a service technician alongside four more technicians and two admin staff who keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Being a smaller team means you deal with people who know your equipment, not a call centre. We work alongside trusted brands including Hyster, Merlo and EP Equipment.
